Congrats to LaGrange High’s Zamya Rhaney and Zenay Rhaney, who have both signed to run cross country and track at Albany State University. The twin sisters have enjoyed outstanding high-school careers that included finishing first and second at the Region 2-AAAA cross-country meet last fall.

Congrats to girls track team on a great performance at yesterday’s meet. They competed in Columbus, Ga against several talented teams.
