Grangers-  I hope everyone enjoyed their break and created some lifelong memories with your family & friends!  We are back at it this week, here is our tentative schedule
Monday- 7/8  
0715- ALL QBs work with Coach Pleasants (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
0730- Free Breakfast for all players
0800- ALL QBs & WRs routes on air in girls’ gym (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
0830- ALL Weight, Speed & Agility Training (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
1015- ALL Field Practice (T shirt, shorts, helmets, & Cleats)
1130- Lunch & Release

Tuesday- 7/9  
0715- All QBs work with Coach Pleasants (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
0730- Free Breakfast for all players
0800- Varsity QBs & WRs routes on air in girls’ gym (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
0830- FROSH Load Buses for Auburn, AL (Duck Samford Stadium) 7on7 Tournament (Central PC, Auburn, Opelika, Prattville, Valley).  Bring $5-$10 for a lunch around 12:15 CST before heading back.  Parents anticipate players returning to LHS around 2:15pm
0830- Varsity Weight, Speed & Agility Training (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
1015- Varsity Field Practice (T shirt, shorts, helmets, & Cleats)
1130- Lunch & Release
Wednesday- 7/10

0830- ALL Weight, Speed & Agility Training (T shirt, shorts, & gym shoes)
1015- ALL Field Practice (T shirt, shorts, helmets, & Cleats)
1130- Lunch
Friday- 7/12  
0800- 0930  MAKE- UP WORKOUTS…OPEN TO EVERYONE!!! (No cafeteria service for breakfast or lunch)
*Reminder- Varsity athletes are expected to attend a minimum of 24 summer workouts (out of 41 opportunities).  Freshmen are highly encouraged to attend as much as possible.  Credit was given for those who participated in our service project along with those attending approved football prospect camps.
